On alienation from society ruining potential of bright individuals

I remember at 9 I was in music class and we were tasked with writing a short melody line. I'd actually written down a coherent few bars of melody and rhythm whereas everyone else had brain dead retarded garbage on their manuscript papers. The teacher asked me if I really wrote that and looked at me as if I was the second coming of Mozart.
I was really passionate about music at one time but I lost interest, like with all my other hobbies, like one is bound to do when stricken with the misery of being a social outcast at a formative age which extinguishes all excitement for life. It's crazy to me to think that I could have ended up a successful musician, had I got a few words of support from parents and friends here and there.

I was the smartest in school from grade 1 but I learned that being smart is bad so I learned that the smart thing to do was to be a dumb cunt and get average grades on everything from about grade 6 on to not draw attention to myself. Under the nazis, I would've been identified and placed in a school for gifted kids so that I'd be surrounded by my own kind instead of low iq lower class kids to max my potential.
