There is an apparent asymmetry between my right and left eyes, my left eye being the dominant eye. I’m led to believe this is due to excessive sleeping on the right side which has caused sort of a droppiness in the whole of the right sideof my face.

The obvious answer is to sleep on my back, but are there any other methods I should employ to correct this asymmetry as well as a minor lazy eye in my right eye?
