Starting with 3 iu's rn, 4,8 iu in 2 weeks, then 2 weeks later I'll do 4,8 iu before bed and 2,4 in the morning. Or should I do 7,2 before bed? Should I do berberine and low carb and sugar, or just fuck it?

I was told by someone quite knowledgeable that it’s rather stupid to jump in at 5iu+, it’s best to start low and slowly increase. If I jump in at 7iu who knows, I might have diabetes in a few months, best to stay on the safe side

I can definitely sleep deeper (like 9 hours straight) I've never slept like this well
My sperm count increased 3x
My eyebrows have become too thick
My nails started to grow very fast

You will be more or less the same as your brother
use hgh + ai to grow taller like 1-2 inches
Unless you have a hormone deficiency, GH won't help much, but it's worth a try.
but an ai will definitely help you by lowering your estrogen
