yeah its fast but the headaches and heartburn fucking suck

i did rolling 72's because i thought it would lessen the side effects but at this point im thinking of just saying fuck it and going for a 21 or 31 day fast

I'm doing a 24-hour fast, the 72-hour fast makes me very stressed and with a headache
