on pushing iq

too much pushing and u will start to feel bad
too little pushing and u will start to feel bad

is like a shower regulator,

too much and the water gets hotter and hotter until its too hot

too little, gets colder and colder until its too cold

u want to feel fine showering

so lets say u overpushed , then it means its already too hot, too much

solution: start pushing less until u feel fine again

lets say u underpushed, then it means its already too cold, too little

solution: start pushing more until u feel fine again

dont overpush, dont underpush

dont overwhelm yourself, dont underwhelm yourself since both make u feel bad
 
its the same with back pain
 
its like keep yourself in equilibrium homoestasis

pushing more increases temperature

pushing less decreases temperature


with back pain, well u know being in a nonsafe dangerous straining for the back position (like being in front of laptop, smartphone) makes ur back hurt more

being in a safe back position makes your back hurt less (like laying in bed without even watching tv, listening is ok)

the dangerous thing is: if it starts hurting it already too late, so u gotta get in safe position as much as possible with short as possible interuptions of the safe position.

so keep unsafe for the back position stints short and as rare as feasible.
