is there any point in looksmaxxing? will living a long life as chad make me happier? Is life really meaningless? would I be better off dead?
living is suffering, we get brief catharsis from fixing our problems and making the things that cause us to suffer go away.
we're never rid of our troubles, becoming wealthy chad comes with its own set of problems.
you might protest, "but @GucciBananaBrick, at least i can get laid, live comfortably, and be worshipped by foids."
not so fast, now u have to worry about sexual performance, relationship drama, anxiety, being stalked, robbed and maybe now you find the attention more annoying than flattering.
after you're gymmaxxed, you still have to get up early twice a week, sweat your ass off for half an hour. just to maintain your gains.
after you're moneymaxxed, you have to worry about taxes, managing your money, growing it, once you have 10 million you need 100.
surgerymaxxing is slightly less of a cope, as true unhappiness comes from having unsolvable problems. eg. the shape of your skull, and other things that up until recently were set in stone.
the gains are permanent, so you don't have to worry about the changes themselves, but the upgraded problems you get from your new and improved skull.
whether or not you're better off dead, you already consciously know what non-existence feels like. it's not something you can describe, but it certainly isn't as painful as being alive.
there's no good faith argument I can give to tell you to do this or that, to ignore your feelings and drudge along with life, however miserable you are.
but the suffering never truly goes away. the only difference is that Chad's problems are the kind you want to have.
inspiration for this rant goes out to @AutisticR3tard, and @Playboypuertorican
P.S: this isn't nearly as profound as it's trying to be, but I hope it helped shed light on some of the axioms of looksmaxxing and why we do it.
