Let me know if im on the right track right now, mainly focusing on leanmaxxing.

Im on a caloric deficit (normie shit ik) on track to lose 2lbs a week, i've been meal prepping to stay on my calorie budget.

The one thing im worried about is losing muscle, ive been spamming protein to make sure its very minimal loss.
I just started so I havent started lifting yet , but i'm going to start lifting 5 days a week and try to hit a step goal , gonna go for 2500 at first and then scale up.
I dont want to do cardio yet until I lose some weight because im scared of muscle loss.

Anything I should change or know?

Wow I didn't know that. Well based off that do you think I should change my routine or no? Because honestly eating all the protein doesnt bother me.
 
holy shit 2500 bro idk if im doing it right but im on 1700-1800 and cardio everyday but like I eat around 120 grams of protein I just started too and I lift but shi hopefully I don't lose muscles while doin dis 😭 but like I heard its something called body recomposition or smth but idk man im probably just saying stupid shit rn
 
Get on tren and you wont lose any muscle.

You should only do walking, since it burns fat while not raising appetite. Anything else is cope
 
ive never done dieting plans but if your loosing weight your on the right track, stay committed
