I've been on SSRI's for about 6 months now and I'm hopping off completely starting tomorrow, prolly the worst 6 months of my life JFL, granted I've also been going to therapy pretty consistently none of that stuff helped, kinda made it worse if anything with the SSRI side effects, please if you're struggling do not reach out to the medical field, its unfortunately not the way
