No cause I'm fixing myself now hopping on the treadmill try and get balance cause my resting heart beat is solid can't remember what it is but it's good and low

No trust me just years of avoiding cardio but I can fix it up
 
That's weak. I run 10 minutes every gym day and I take it like a champ. I even did giga heartattack mode 10km/h sprint for 10 minutes straight.

I noticed big improvement with time. Firdt time on gym I was dying at that treadmill. Now it's easy mode.

Damn whenever I do stairmaster at 120 steps pm it feels like I'm gonna die but my heart rate is only 180 is that bad?
