ur prob alreaady recessed if theyre extracting, js wait to get older and get a bsso to move lower jaw forward

If you have to get something and your teeth are mashed together get a pallet expander and regular braces don’t extract anything

Dont do it, it causes your bones to shrink and for your face to be recessed
