On what days should I use hair clay

Should I use it after i wash my hair or the day I'm going out

and can I use it 2 days in a row before washing my hair.

it accumulates in your hair so you should ideally wash it out in the evening

use it whenever you want just remember to wash it out because you could get scalp problems (combined with summer heat and all)
