We can all agree that 21 bideltoid and up is chad bideltoid (non gymmaxxed, not anorexic or very skinny but not fat as well). Since you probably can’t grow your bideltoid more than 2-3 inches naturally, is 24 inch bideltoid gymmaxxed a chad frame?

Steve Reeves was 23.5 inches so it's definitely not 24 inches.

'A little bit goes a long way in shoulder width . . . 20-inch-wide shoulders look significantly broader than average shoulders; 21-inch shoulders will get plenty of attention; 22-inch shoulders will draw stares from almost everyone; 23-inch shoulders are super heroic and will get you a ticket on the front row of Mr. Olympia contests; and 24-inch shoulders are as rare as a 500-pound overhead press.'

I got 23,5 measured as conservative as I can. While people comment on it frequently I don’t think they are that wide.

Measure using a sliding door. I got 20.5 to 21 measuring on a wall and then 18.75 using a sliding door. And in the original article it says to place your palms on your thighs to limit lat flare and to get consistent measurements.

Thanks. I finally got mine properly measured with the help of my sister (Told her it was for a suit) and my bideltoid width is almost exactly 22". I kept hands flat to the side, no lat or delt flex.

for context to these numbers, this is what population averages are (fat people tend to have larger bideltoids too)
