Just run high intensity on a treadmill for 30. Min until u nearly pass out and you will stay debloated

My friend once went on an extreme low-carb diet for over a year. He managed to get down to about 4% bf. Then he started eating "normal" and kept his calories stable (not overeating). He went from 4% body fat back to about 18% in a few months at the same weight. In other words, he became skinnyfat. So, no. You can't eat whatever you want once you're fit. You have to mind your macros, not just your calories.

How is he a pussy? Wtf does that have to do with the fact that he became skinnyfat after eating normally? That's not his fault. His body did that.
