It's comes from short time life history strategy. It is ur dna that feels in danger of not surviving therfore it go towards lots of sex partners and then you die shortly after you have children. Their are no desire for building civilization, no drive for building a "legacy" improving the planet. You just are a lower being. Why does it matter weather you have sex or not?
