cant enjoy anything, no T, low libido, fuck sleep is everything , thank god i slept 13 hours before my puberty ended i recovered all homones i lost due to shit sleep in school days

Im so fucking proud of my younger self who had a consistent sleep schedule to get maximum growth. If i had the sleep schedule i have now during puberty i would be a manlet
