One day after failing many two week nofap streaks you just "get over porn" and lose ALL urges to watch that shit forever. An addiction gone in one day. Porn induced erectile dysfunction gone. It's a great day. What helps is realizing how bad porn ruined your life. One day you just get over it. Porn will disgust you on a subconscious level
