One eye bigger than the other

One of my eyes is bigger than the other. What could be the causes? Is it just a symptom of autism/mental illness (biomarker)? What can be done about this? Muscular imbalance perhaps? It's as if one side of my face is more forward grown than the other.

people say that it's caused by muscle imbalance and sleeping on one side too much but i don't think that's true. i think you can get filler or implant to fix it

It's probably a biomarker of something negative that ocurred during development. Like all assymetries in the face/body it's always a negative thing...never positive

maybe, but plenty of attractive people have eye assymettries, chase stokes is a good example

Sure. But it's still a bad thing. Plenty of attractive people wear glasses, have a small dick, have asthma, allergies, etc etc. Doesn't make it "good"
