Is it still possible to grow in height?
I've been an early bloomer, started growing at 13-14 rapidly and then suddenly stopped.
And only last year I've discovered heightmaxing and how important height really is. Is it too late..? I'm 18 now

2020-154cm
2021-166cm
2022-173 cm
2023-176.5 cm
2024-179cm
2025-180cm

Probably yeah.. really brutal nowadays, getting heightmogged by girls lol. Wish I could go back in time with the knowledge I have now.

Haha, I wish. I should get my plates checked, I have a weird feeling they might be still slightly open, even though I haven't grown. But a lot of my friends that are the same age have beards, mustaches & etc. It feels like my puberty is still going (atleast facial), barely any hair lol

Dude I wish I could go back to 15, there's almost no way you stopped growing already. You're plates are probably still open, don't rope & start taking action while you still can
