One meal a day retarded?

I've been thinking about only eating one meal a day not really for any benefits or something but imagine coming home from a long day starving and having like a big ass dinner sounds pretty cool would there be any benefits to that or am i retarded

Just eat at least 2 meals a day so you don't starve
 
No benefits just decreased mental performance in the day likely because youll be so hungry and if you are trying to build muscle you wont be triggering protein synthesis enough so it will be catabolic

But it would feel nice to just eat 2000 calories in a giant meal starved after work :feelsgood:

More meals the better because it allows for more opportunity for nutrient absorption. In terms of losing weight, following a low/zero carb diet (depending on your discipline) will be the most beneficial.
 
Can work, I do mostly 2 meals a day

More meals means more cholesterol. More cholesterol means higher testosterone

Also, one giant meal will put a ton of stress to your gut/liver, which may result in problems with it

There may be some benefits, but tbh sounds meh
