I’ve been intermittent fasting and eating one meal a day for the past 6 years. Love it. There is no changing my mind that eating as few times as you can is most ideal for health. The fewer times you can manage to spike your blood glucose & insulin, the better.

I already do naturally doesn’t affect me eating like 600-900 cals

some days I might eat 2 meals

was and felt the exact same eating 3300 cals

On days with no physical activity I don’t think you need much food at all
