One medial canthus higher than the other

If I drew a line connecting my medial canthuses and another connecting my irises, the lines would be very unparallel, so basically one medial canthus is higher than the other...or could it be that my one iris is higher than the other??

If so, how to fix the assymetries? Are there any non-surgical ways preferably?

its natural assymetry no you cant fix it without surgery and your ass is not getting OBO for assymetry correction

just live with it, nothing u can do about it
if its very uneven then ggs bra just focus on something else u cant change it

Damn that's brutal... I think it's hella obvious cuz the canthal tilt in one eye is 2 degrees higher than the other which idk if is considered very uneven or very noticeable irl
