The paranasal is bringing out the ans and middle of the face that couldn’t be done with bimax, right in between Infras and maxilla, along with rhino and upper lip fat grafting my Midface should

It’s crazy becuase I’m still swollen and I mog most ppl here including you. I am close to chad and will be after my rhino and paranasal. Especially once my swelling subsides. I’m also 6’2 so it’s a worth endeavor for me. Don’t project onto others because you can’t get surgery

Have you thought about waiting till swelling goes down. If your face is still swollen, would the surgeon be able to assess and anticipate rhinoplasty outcome correctly. You are still puffy paranasally (your bridge is lacking definition and depth), so your surgeon might not give you what you want cuz he can’t visualize how you will look after the swelling goes down.

In three weeks most of my swelling will be gone, and will be negligible. He’s going to project my nose as much as possible. If I’m a little swollen when he’s done, my nose will only get more depth when it subsided after the rhino
