for example, like a year ago when i injected lipolab into my face i was well aware i could suffer tissue necrosis or some other medical complexity from it, so i just thought "im going to kill myself if i mess this up" while doing it

it went fine

I just tell myself it before every exam and it's worked well so far kinda motivated you in a way
