Ramieri actually seems to care about improving his techniques. I watched a podcast with him in it talking with orthodontists and he seems like he really wants to improve his techniques every surgery

we all know ramieri does a good job and knows how much movement is needed. front is obv limited by the ,,base'' he started with, although very achievable for others w implants to get his type of jaw

I wonder how far he would push the limits with advancing someone like me.

I want to get a genioplasty where my chin surpasses my lips considerably. Would likely need to be over 10mm. I hope he is able to do that

I didn’t have my CBCT scans tho, so he couldn’t accurately predict the movements.

gl on that pag can give huge genio movements. do you have a slight overbite too for thinking bsso would be needed?

Ha already had good cheekbones and eye area. He fixed a major flaw and completed his ascension. Many org dwellers suffer from multiple failos like eye, hair, cheekbone etc that are much harder to fix.

I used to. I now have basically class 1 occlusion due to orthodontics.

Pagnoni didn’t want to decompensate my bite for BSSO, saying that I might get dental resorption after having braces for 3+ years.

I’ll just have to ask Ramieri and Pagnoni once I have these scans

I would say the most important part is that he had symmetrical face, and no major ratios that were off. And that he had outward gonions and a relatively squared chin hidden. His eye area per say is not the best tho, fat graft and he would be in a good place
