One of the best feeling I ever felt was after a massive panic attack

I was at this mountain and was doing something underneath a hill. On top the hill was a house I was staying at and ot had xannax. I got this massive panic attack, heart racing, nose opens up and i can breathe like a nigger. I samtarted sprinting up a hill and felt like my heart will break my ribs. I must have maxxwd out my heart rate it was about 200 i think. Once I got to the top I felt a massive relief and lightness like I survived a tiger attack or something. Didnt even take the pil.

Our ancestors faced that shit daily and I kinda miss that to be honest, dont get panic attack anymore.

It was pure adrenaline. Once I stopped fearing them they stopped. Had them for years tho.
