It's true that German soldiers didn't commit many massacres in France, especially in comparison to what they did in Poland and the Soviet Union. But still, they occupied the country and oppressed the population.

Also between 30 000 and 120 000 Norwegian girls had relationships with German soldiers during the occupation, that would mean between every twelth to fourth girl in Norway back then was in a voluntary relationship with a German soldier as the population of women was 400 000 between age 15-30.

Tbh it is pure lookism. Germans were pretty gl back then, the beauty standards of Nazi Germany for men were tight checked and most men in the Third Reich strived for that ideal, and when young and handsome conquerors appear, women lose all sense of duty and become utter whores to those conquerors, both caused by lookism and the dark triad factor attribured to German soldiers. Only the German army consisting of young, good looking Germanic men could have done this and gotten with women of conquered lands voluntarily. The shaving of the head for these women who had kids with the occupants was totally deserved, and that they lost their citizenship and was sent to Germany with their kids was just fitting.
