I remember listening to my retarded classmate's conversations. These basically were about:
-memes
-sexual jokes
-references to movies
-drugs
-my retarded female classmates
-unnecessary swearing
-girlfriends
- etc
...you really don't miss pretty much anything when you aren't their "friends"...

I can confirm that the most fulfilling conversations a person can have it's with non normies guys.
I've noticed that normies can do you a favor more easily. Very important.
Also you shouldn't tell them something confidential. It's not guaranteed whatever you tell them will not remain as a secret for too long.
