They don't have lower sex drive, its just that their sex drive is completely different. Estrogen makes you feel different from test. You can look up the changes by observing MTF. Some report its no more annoying "heat' and instead, an more emotional attentive arousal.

Id guess its a way longer arousal in general, because women dont have refractory periods. Id say once they are turned on, it remains like that for a way longer time, and is not spontaneous with highs and lows like how a man is.
