lol, r u going to force urself to just gain fat when most of the time people always train wrong???
Hypertrophy = stimulus, ur diet only helps the process. Even at a deficit, u would still have hypertrophy, but not on a large scale.
ur feeling of being "bigger" is just more carbs and water in ur muscle lol.
 
Bulk only for brothers who r literally a stick
