I was looking forward to them being tough but nope they weak asf even Kaido would be able to put them on their asses. They had to gang up on luffy 5 on one to even have a chance.

It was ALWYAS a “chosen one” series that the thing. The fact you didn’t know this tbh is your own fault. ODA had this sh it in mind since 1998 literally there’s shit from season 1 that’s still popping up rn so yeah ODA has the entire story fleshed out.

One piece is a work of genius and one of a kind because usually shows lik this are riddled with plot holes and yet One piece has close to 0 the only contention is “Haki” which originally was introduced in Skypia ark with Eminem (Enel lol)

But besides that the story honestly has been in a consistent trajectory. I mean there’s a reason why Shanks sacrificed his ARM for Luffy because once he ate the devil fruit he knew that was Special and that Zoan devil fruits especially choose their users so Shanks knew Luffy would be special and that’s all the way back to season 1

He’s not invincible with toon force JFL it just makes him have better CC and more endurance. That’s about it though


But I’ve jsut started off from that point and watched 70 episodes since then and now I’m at gear 5 vs the 5 elders and I’m fuming with how FODDER they all are
