since my jaw surgery my major bone flaws are fixed and i'm gonna pursue rhino. my ramus still sucks and i could look more projected but i think rhino is the best option im too lazy to get anything else done

honestly, I say that I look pretty decent. I mean, I have my times where I look chopped or I feel bad about how I look, but I've definitely improved but rhino is the last thing I need.
