Also what to improve on my physique most importantly? I can bench 120, standing ohp 50, squat 140, and deadlift at least 165 easily. Finally, I can run a 5k in 16:41.

Man you really seem to be starting out with this stuff. You should have lurked a lot longer.

I'm not an expert on fitness and I am sure I am going to get powershitters disagreeing with me but its not about big numbers for your single reps. That way youre going to be just another kinda barrel chested dude that looks like hes never seen a gym.

Its about looking like an IG model. Targeting the correct muscles for 15-20 well done reps and raise the weight accordingly.

Ive only been working for a few months after occasional sports throughout my life so im still getting started but women are getting a lot more revved up once I take my shirt off.

1-I think mk677 wont do shit for you Its just a cope. nothing you can take and make you grow tbh besides maybe some very expensive pharma grade HGH with medical supervision and other expensive shit. height supplements are cope.
2-stay away from dangerous shit like AI, you will just fuck yourself up you are just 15. Go gym naturally eat well and train well. forget cope substances.
3-I can see some recession ngl or maybe thats just your natural hairline. But watch your hairline.and get a better hairstyle
4-you have bad skin. Retin a/ sunscreen ect find a skincare routine

Basically softmaxx eat well train well dont burden yourself with hard copes like mse and face mask those are just fairytales

I’m perfectly average. 5’10”, white, not fat but not muscular (109 lbs), 5/10. However, medium high inhibit and major social autism are holding me back, and I don’t know how to solve them. I’m 15 and a sophomore at the moment and I think that if I could gain 2-4 inches from mk 677 and atd as an estrogen blocker, gain 30-50 lbs lean tissue, finish straightening my teeth with braces, possibly use an Mse+face mask for widening maxilla, and get my social skills up, I can slay in junior year.

so, the questions I have are:
How can I ship things to myself without alerting my parents?
What can I use non surgically to improve my face?
What haircut should I get?
Will an estrogen blocker fuck me up?
What’s my current rating decile or psl?
Do I have a chance?
