One shoulder way weaker than the other

Every time I up the weight on dumbbell shoulder press I can squeeze out multiple reps with my left arm/shoulder but my right arm can never push all the way up for even one rep. How tf do fix this

Man wtf this shit is so fucking annoying literally haven’t been able to go all the way once with my right arm :lasereyes::lasereyes::feelsree::feelsree::feelsree:
