One side of my face is reccessed

What can i do?

My right side of my maxilla is reccessed and my right side has fat loss because i used to only chew on my left side of my face when i was young, like age 13-17 (caused recessed maxilla on right side from inactivity), and also i would sleep on the right side of my face (fat loss and wrinkles).

My left side is majestic with full development but my right side looks like a completely different person.

What can i do to fix this? Would prefer softmaxxes first but then im also open to hardmaxxing. For example i heard bimax might be the solution?

I promise you its possible, one sides maxilla is completely flat and the other is fully developed, one sides has nasolabial folds, more crowded teeth and a narrower palate, the other side has a wide palate striaight teeth, youthful skin. One sides chin is recessed while the good side is slightly less recessed

By chance your palate on the right side has less space for your tongue to rest? Compared to left?

I have the exact same problem, like I didnt even think it was possible. But my nose is hooked from the left side and is straight from the right.... I mainly chewed on the right side which I think cause this issue.

fillers or implants to fix it buddy, you can try fixing your posture, sleeping on your back and chewing on both sides but i think that's cope u already fucked yourself during development

probably one side of your palate is higher causing less force oral force, caused by pelvic tilt which has travelled up your body, check to see if your pelvis is aligned
