Jaw is probably one of the most important things, even with my shit eyes I still pull cause girls really enjoy looking at my jawline.

I'm still learning about surgeries but I think for jaw surgeries it can be very age dependant. Distraction osteogenesis works better when you're younger cause it uses the repair mechanisms of your bones to your advantage. When you're older it still works but takes longer. Implants would be the easiest and least expensive. Also I don't know how fat you are but less bodyweight can help.

Also softmaxing, chewing for me actually helped so much, I did it way before I even learnt about looksmaxing and was addicted to it for years.

It is actually the jawline that is the key. Facehacking also showed it in his vids- there are examples of people with a great maxilla, that is way above average looking, but the jaw of these ppl still sucked and because of that they weren't good looking.

It is possible to have below average maxilla projection, but an amazing jaw (although its very rare) and that person will usually still look very good. However the maxilla should still be somewhat ok, not completely flat like asian maxilla, let alone negatively shaped maxilla protruding inside the actual skull instead of outside of it.

It is possible, but the change would be still rather small. For big changes only surgery will work.
