Collectivism, cohesiveness and vicarious pride within their community

Whenever you see a successful black person (athlete, businessman, actor, musician...), other blacks (even whites) will say things like : "Black excellence ","Black genetics", "Love seeing black people succeed"... in spite majority of them being 5'9 living paycheck to paycheck lol

You never seen whites cherish great whites because "Muh you're proud of someone else" or even better "That's racist!!". How did whites even counquer the world with such high individualism

Or when someone from the Balkans is successful he gets treated like a prophet there and people flex the fact that he‘s from their country despite the fact that most of them live in poverty and are alcoholics

Yes women are more collectivistic, not to an extend of blacks though. Black females are epitome of taking pride in else's success. Like ma'am you're fat, wear stinky wigs and have 4 baby daddies, how on earth does Lebron represent you anyhow
