He had heard that I bought raw milk from a store. At the time I was living NEAR NYC but he was IN NYC

So it was a miscommunication, he thought I was also in the city. I gave him the name of the store and he went there, but raw milk is illegal in NYC so he didn't find shit there

So basically I made him waste his time and money to get nothing
