You ever had it where you're on YouTube and a thing pops up asking you to rate out of 5 stars what you thought of a certain video you recently watched?

It's to determine whether it's a safe video to put on the trending page.

Notice soon Pryocinicals apology video will start appearing in your recommendations and then it will soon appear in the YouTube Trending page.
