The most important thing is drink liquid calories like smoothies high fat milk fruits and maybe some eggs in a smoothie genuinely has the most calories that I can think what I do is 2 eggs one carton off milk 2 bananas 20g worth off peanuts and 7 tablespoons off honey and blend that all up and drink it everyday for a month idk how many calories that has but it made me gain 11kg in a month while dieting with 7k calories a day only gained 2kg off weight
