One under-eye line deeper than the other is this fixable?

i have this line and slight shadow under my right eye that’s not on my other eye. it shows more in certain lighting and kinda throws off the symmetry. just wondering if this is something fixable or if it’s just genetics. would red light therapy or caffeine serum help? or does it need surgery or something more serious? also not sure if losing fat would make it better or worse.

All you can do is spam lipofilling agents like volufiline hoping they work in a couple months time. Sometimes it's indeed just genetics and you can do nothing about it even if you sleep 12 hours a night. Btw as a side note, looking at your bone structure you'd look way better leaner and it would be a less noticeable failo.
