I've been on MK for a week now, here's what I've observed:

My body feels physically sore when I wake up, which is a good sign because when I was growing naturally I felt the same.

I sleep like a fucking baby now, it's amazing.

I get headaches every once in a while which is new, so that could be the MK's effect on the brain.
