This is to high. Normal range is btw 10-55 depending on source. You got 800 test, so ideal would be in your case 20. You need to lower it.

I hope you mean 200 µg/L. Bc 200 ng/mL is pregnant women tier. :lul: If you find it, for your reference: 2 to 18 ng/mL is normal range. 2 is ideal (prolactin = the lower the better).

I tried following raypeat diet but it made me look worse(puffier).
I actually never follower it, just what i wrote: carnivore + fruits + rice/potato + eggs (+ enough mineral rich water). Only dairy could make you bloat imo or to high carbs (you should only eat 30-35% max). Alcohol btw also bloats, especially bear! whiskey, wine and so on is fine

There is no one that fits all answer. Fix your diet, fix your mind (If you have only negative thoughts, this will also affect your hormones), get outside, good lifestyle, good sex life (dont watch porn btw.), have a social life, a goal in life and so on. Ff that doesn't help, you should do various medical check ups to find out if you have any diseases that are the cause. Medication should only be a last resort and will do more harm than good in the long run.
