One year of looksmaxxxing(pics/videos included)but I have mental issues

Hi. Greycel here, you might not want to read what I wrote, I included pictures before and after so you can see.

My journey started one year ego. I had a severe acne all-around my face. Firstly, was diagnosed with demodex(face mites). After curing that one was prescribed with izotretionin(accutane). So accutane did help, but studies shows that it can induce premature epiphyseal closure, so I would be very careful with that one.

As you saw in pics, my face is kinda puffy:

Came to conlcusion to lose weight. Was doing intermittent fasting, sports, restrictions, etc. Now after some time I gained a momentum and started it everyday(skincare, overall caring routine). After acne, I needed to deal with post acne.

Now I still get some pimples, but not as severe like it was. Now, I am take retinoids, benzoyl peroxide and applying skincare routine.
