lowkey cant be bothered writing a guide and people will just say cope, so ill sum my shit up.

Diet is no.1, give urself what u need for collagen synthesis, bone development etc. Pretty decent video explaining diet, I will link it. Watch the whole video, its good.

•Cause osteoblasts with bone smashing, once a week max. Pair that with hard chewing (raw meat) and there will be lots of micro fractures. Human bodies adapt, and you will adapt to a new diet. Spam raw diary for calcium, k2, protein, fat etc. Hella raw eggs for testosterone. Sleep is very important, pair it with diet for collagen synthesis and bone growth/recovery.

Theres so much to learn about diet, more then you think. Research aajnous vonderplanitz, detoxification, etc. People will say this is cope without actually trying it.

•Destroy cortisol with cigarettes/cigars, good music, having fun, wine, oysters, sunlight etc. enjoy life and you will improve health indicators so much.

•Get strong in gym, bone density will increase in frame because of microfractures everywhere. Obviously a GH spike also.

•Ray peat max, consume heaps of sugar and coffee, preferably natural sources like fruit juice, honey, potatoes etc. Make sure you research ray peat (this is huge for GH and stress minimising).
Sugar will boost metabolism and get u lean (yes, it sounds crazy).

•I use microneedling and topical GHKU right after i microneedle to basically inject it into my skin. 0.5-1.5mm needles, once a week.
Absorbic acid every morning on ur skin, gives it a glow and boosts collagen synthesis.

•I didnt, but if ur too far gone and want to change as much as possible, pair all of this with synthetic testosterone and igf1.

Theres so much more but do your own research into those things and u will find out a lot. Trial and error is important.
