If you are looking at this section of the forum and you are wanting to become successful, maybe you are ambitious and wanting to try something this could be a good post to read. I will go through definitions, how it works, how you can make it, how previous business owners did it and giving you a start to explore this business!

ONLINE CASINOS
There are two primary ways you can make money from iGaming:
B2C (Business to Consumer)

B2B (Business to Business)

B2C

B2C companies are the sportsbooks, gambling brands and online casinos. This is where players directly interact with the business. The parts of the business that B2C companies handle are the following: customer questions and marketing, player accounts and wallets, promotions, loyalty programs and payment processing.

Some notable B2C businesses are: Bet365, FanDuel, BetMGM, Stake, Shuffle, Rainbet and Roobet.

Often times in this industry, the B2C business will take a percentage of revenue share. From slot providers, they may take 10%-25% and from live casino providers, they may take 15%-35% of GGR.

B2B
B2B companies provide technology, content, infrastructure and services that allow the B2C companies to operate well. This is my favourite side of the iGaming industry due to the sheer amount of money that you can make, I believe if you create a game that becomes very popular and takes over a large portion of the market share, you can make an extrordinary amount of money, more than any B2C company. These B2B providers usually create slot games, table games and live casino products.

Some notable B2B businesses are: Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Spribe.

Theses businesses usually sell of 10% of the revenue they make to each casino to allow that casino to make money off of their game and so that their game can get more players by people playing it on the casinos website/app.

iGaming terminology

Stakes - money wagered by players
Turnover - total wager volume
GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue) - GGR = stakes - winnings
NGR (Net Gaming Revenue) - NGR = GGR - bonuses - taxes - fees
Revenue Share - Percentage of gaming revenue paid to partners
Margin - profit percentage
Yield - revenue generated per player or per wager
FTD (First Time Depositor) - pl
ayer making their first deposit
CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) - marketing cost per new customer
CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) - cost to acquire a player
LTV (Lifetime Value) - total expected profit from a player
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) - revenue / ad spend
Conversion Rate - percentage of visitors becoming depositors
Retention - Ability to keep players active.

IMPORTANT (Casino Terms)
RTP (Return to Player) - expected payout percentage
House Edge - casino advantage
Volatility - how often and how large wins occur (low, medium and high)
RNG (Random Number Generator) - software determining outcomes
Distribution - getting games onto operator platforms
Integration - connecting a game to a casino platform
Aggregator - a company that distributes games to operators
Provably Fair - cryptographic verification that outcomes were not manipulated
Seed - used in provably fair calculations

Now lets talk about how these games make money and show some maths behind it.
Lets say you have a game that has a 97% RTP (which was discussed earlier)
For example: you have a game that has 100,000 players that each wager $100 per month.

100,000 x $100 = $10,000,000

With a 97% RTP
Expected player returns = $9,700,000
House edge = $300,000

GGR = $300,000

AVIATOR

This is one of the biggest games in the iGaming industry with a 90% market share! It is owned by a company called SPRIBE. The CEO is a Georgian man by the name of David Natroshivili. Aviator is the number 1 game in this industry.

Here are some statistics of the game / company:
6,000+ casinos
400,000+ bets every minute
70,000,000+ monthly players

These statistics are insane but can be done if you get LUCKY! Luck is very important when it comes to any business and these statistics show that you could generate billions in dollars annually if you get LUCKY!

Just to break-down how this guy lives, he owns a $500,000,000 villa in Monaco on the sea front on a private estate, he has a 180ft yacht, owns over $50,000,000 in watches, purchases hypercars every weekend and does whatever he wants. The reason I used this as an example is not just because he owns the biggest company in the iGaming industry but its because I have spoken to his son frequently for 8 months and I have seen how they live without famous people with them such as N3on who you may have seen was with them in Monaco over the weekend.

This was just a quick post to allow people to learn the basics of the iGaming industry and could inspire them to do what they want instead of rotting on forums!(y)

yeah bro its impossible imo to actually get even a sliver of marketshare

The industry is dominated by literal multi billionares and i dont see how any online casino would choose your service over the existing, trusted and working ones

Would be an absolute dream tho to vibecode this bs and sell it to mf stake but not happening

u dont have to start with big companies like stake, people's games are on thousands of online casinos and they arent on stake yet there a billionaire and its all about contacting the casinos, if they like the game and the maths behind it, theres a good chance they may want your game on their site
