Yeah that's normal but it's a lot harder to start nofap and noporn at the same time. That's why I did noporn for like 6 months prior to starting my current nofap. Rewiring your brain from porn first is crucial when you're planning to go on nofap for a prolonged time. That's why I failed so many times in the past with nofap because my brain was still used to watching porn so I was obviously gonna give in.
I used/ am addicted to porn. I am so scared of relapsing. The thing is that I am always having those weird dreams about porn. Makes me think that my addiction must be serious af. How long do you think will my brain take to repair itself and when will I notice the benefits of noporn /nofap
Tbh, I've had a lot of nofap and noporn attempts in the past and they all failed eventually. I was looking for arguments to convince myself throughout the years but somehow, none of them were convincing enough to actually make me succeed: 'its the Jews, they run the porn industry and are trying to destroy Western civilization' 'Porn is the reason why birthrates are dropping in the West' 'Porn will lead to more anxiety, depression whatever' etc.
