I just found out i have mild sfs, which makes my ramus short, and my chin along with my mandible, also makes my gonions appear alot more inward than they are

my features are more prominent tho bc i have higher test and shes a women, also my bone mass is relatively more advanced,
and also a rhinoplasty
the most prominent falio i have here is my nose, if i slimmed it down a bit and made it straighter, i can keep a masculine look and have a better nose at the same time
After these surgeries i should atleast be a hhtn, or low cl, ive gotten told i have cl potential if i just get a rhino, and someone morphed me with a after result of the sfs surgery and said i would be cl, my ascension doesnt stop there, im gonna hop on test ena , cruise on 250mg a week, its not crazy amount but it should provide results with minimal health issues, also find counter measures against the side effects just in case
Tell me what u think about this plan i have and any tweaks i could apply to it, im 15 rn, and im 6’4
