Ye Texas is probably the best place in the us to live in now since it’s very affordable, great freedom, attractive women, good weather and a fuck ton of space.

Otherwise I agree. I can remember look at property prices in random places and I was shocked at how cheap as well. It's likely to be less taxing than other states as well.

I asked my cousin who is on $120k living in LA how much less he would get paid in other parts of the US. He said minimum $90k but most other places $100k-ish region. He's living in California which is the most taxing state (still less than UK JFL).
