That’s not how it works though. Surgery doesn’t provide linear improvements.
It’s much easier to go from below average to average in most cases than average to well above average.

Really depends on what your exact problems are as well. There is no one size fits all solution and it’s not all about women either.

However in most cases people aren't like that. Most subfives and low ltns I've seen are shit in multiple ways. Very rare that I see someone with really good features but a shit jaw or something similar.

Except you don't need "really good features" to be a MTN. I think you're underplaying the life quality of an actual debonified LTN/sub5, the jump to MTN is an entire world of difference.

Most local "slayers" I knew in my small town were high MTNs at best even. Granted they were tall, white, lean, and/or NT.

Yeah people forget that surgeries are literally meany for failos and not halos, depends on what type of surgeries slme times, but even then it is still based on failos.

Doing them will only make you worse or uncanny.

Depends on location though, here in Romania arabs can easily get a gf for example, even in other white countries they could still pull but bellow whites (it's minor difference tho)

I disagree with your thesis, in fact I think average looking people are the hardest to improve through surgery because their faces are already mostly 'optimized' but still not model tier. With 3/10 people there may often be some actual deformity like a severe underbite and/or huge nose that can be cured through surgery and even make them above average if other features and structure allow. I say this as an average person btw. I would say average people probably will benefit most from just extreme softmaxxing i.e. hair and maybe if necessary fillers - this seems to be what most Hollywood celebrities do to looksmax many of whom are actually average.

Current plan:
- Fat Grafts for supraorbital (have a little bit more than ideal UEE)
- Gonial Implants (my gonions aren't ideal)
- Infraorbital malar implants (better undereye support / cheekbone area)

Likely not doing/pipe dream:
- Commissuroplasty (high risk for low reward)

The gonial & infra implants will be around ~28-30K in total, already got a price from Pagnoni.
My main focus currently is just to keep building my business so it makes more casual income.
