I had high estrogen levels after injecting testosterone first because I made the mistake of not taking aromatase inhibitors. No side effects though, just the blood test showed it.

You will get about a 15% increase in estradiol, get a blood test. As long as you are below 40 pg/ml you shouldn't get estrogen releated sides. If you're low T to begin with you can get lack of androgen sides because your DHT is in the bin, if you're decently high T your free T should be able to deal with the lack of DHT
